Oxford was the destination for yesterday’s wedding, at the beautiful Bodicote House in Banbury Oxford, with Emma and Ric. Now when I met with them for the pre wedding session they were really laid back …. at some point after that Emma had turned in to a bit of an organiser and everyone was working to a 4 page timings plan for the day … done to the minute !
We all started at Bodicote House and the ceremony was very relaxed and very enjoyable. The weather was on the chilly side but at least there was no rain. After some pictures we travelled back to Emma and Ric’s house for the wedding reception in a large Teepee in the field next to the house. Luckily being May and the start of summer – a friend had managed to provide a large hot air blower – so we didn’t freeze![]()
All the guests enjoyed the celebrations complete with hog roast and the band was starting the evenings entertainment, after a very nervous first dance, as we left …. you could her the music as we drove away
So below are some from the day with a slideshow with these and a few more from a great dry, if not warm, wedding.
If you leave a comment, choosing your favourite image, I’ll have it enlarged for Emma and Ric

Lesley Kincey - I love number 12, the black and white one in front of the gate. It looks so natural and relaxed.
